Under Stairs Storage – Fleet, Hampshire

CREATING STORAGE

In our experience, we have found that there is truly no such thing as too much storage. In fact we are often asked to come up with innovative ways to help our customers solve their storage problems.

One off our favourite solutions is to create storage using the unused space under the stairs.

Our customer needed a made to measure joinery solution to solve that everyday problem of hallway clutter. They were fed up with their daily ritual off falling over misplaced shoe’s and needed help to avoid the usual tripping hazard of unwanted bags loitering the doorway.

EVERY DETAIL COUNTS

Our amazing and truly talented team designed and installed a beautiful bespoke under stairs storage solution.

The design enables each compartment to function differently.

The first cupboard was designed to hang coats using a hanging rail and has the use of a shelve above and at the back to put hats and/or bags.

The second cupboard has the option to store many items be it cleaning products, shoes, books or other items.

The third cupboard is an extendable shoe rack.

The drawers and doors are handleless and soft closing.

The soft closing mechanism allows for a more gentle and seamless opening and closing, reducing the stress and weight during use. The benefit are home furnishings that last longer, with less marks, scuffs and damage.

The cupboards sit perfectly flush and compliments the décor of the entrance hall. Using the timeless colour-white, it gives the illusion of the space being bigger and overall more welcoming.

We'd looked at other companies who made bookcases but none offered exactly what we wanted. Timber Technology listened, came up with plans and after discussion and a lot of careful craftsmanship gave us exactly what we asked for. The finish is superb, and they fit the space perfectly. It's really made this small 'library' a very special room. We are delighted!

We are absolutely delighted with the drinks cabinet that Timber Technology created for us. We were blown away by their attention to detail and the time they took to discuss and source the materials to finish the cabinet to such a high standard. From start to end the staff were enthusiastic and thoroughly helpful. We would have no hesitation recommending them and hope to use them for another project in our summer house next year!

We are delighted with our new study from Timber Technology. We knew it would be special, but it’s actually exceeded our expectations! The fitters are experts in their field and extremely talented and skilful. All the units slotted in perfectly and the finish was faultless. The process from planning and design to completion was professional but friendly. Timber Technology are a very organised company to work with and whoever you deal with is delightful. Any questions or concerns are dealt with promptly, whether over the phone or face to face. They are patient and supportive and go out of their way to assist you in making the right choices. From my glowing review it is quite obvious that I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They are traditional craftspeople and that is clearly shown in the finished product.

Both times we have called upon the services of Timber Tech, we have been very pleased with the results. The crew that were assigned to us Rich, John and their team were always communicative, polite, friendly, professional and very tidy. I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again if the need was there.

Excellent company not only for their finish and designs but also for the fact they’ve sponsored my son’s football team for the past 2 seasons providing the team with kit, goals, training equipment and coaches uniforms. Can’t highly recommend them enough!
