A MULTIFUNCTIONING COMMERCIAL WORKSPACE

A local valet company wanted a multifunctioning workspace that consisted of 3 Valet Bays with enough space to complete in-depth car detailing. But they also needed an area to store inventory.

Our design team got to work, to achieve a design with enough storage.

The solution… a mezzanine floor.

PROJECT BUILD & DETAILS

DEMOLITION TO REBUILD

After the design team had received our customers’ full approval it was down to the site team to start the demolition process so that they could rebuild our client’s vision. This was a job of design to completion with the added factor of clearing the canvas first. Once the old structure was disposed of our guys started with new groundworks. So that they could rebuild from the bottom up. Once the new timber structure was complete, the roof and ceiling were added. The structure was covered in the beautifully aesthetic black softwood feathered edge cladding and the roof was finished off with a shingled roofing tile.

FULLY MANAGED PROJECT FROM DESIGN TO COMPLETION

Inside full electrics and wiring were completed by our on-call electrician and the walls were plastered and painted to our customer requirements and colour scheme. Throughout the whole process, Timber Technology fully managed this project from design to completion.

Once the valet bays were completed inside and out it was time to add the remote-controlled electric shutters. Exterior groundworks were finished with drop-down bollards and an external toilet was constructed, plumbed, and finished.

The customer was very pleased with the final result.
