INCREASING LIVING SPACE AND THE VALUE OF YOUR HOME

Our customer wanted to create extra living space within the home by converting their loft space into a master suite. Not only has this project created much needed space for an ever-growing family but also added significant value to their home.

Project Build and Materials

Installing this loft conversion provides our customer with not only an extra double bedroom but a dressing room and an en suite as well.

To secure the loft conversion we used the UK’s only award-winning loft conversion system TeleBeam:

TeleBeam is a totally prefabricated, entirely bespoke and adaptable loft conversion system for a wide range of roof spans and pitches. It is suitable for older style cut roof or a modern truss roof; bungalows, houses (detached, semi or terrace) barns or garages.

The benefits being:

– Incorporates roof and floor support in one Building Control approved system.

– No timber floor joists required.

– No steel beams, no cranes required, a simple, quick and non-evasive installation process.

– Suitable for older style cut roofs and modern trussed roofs.

We installed four Velux windows creating extra natural light and improving ventilation.

We also installed new stairs enabling access to the master suite that mirrored the existing staircase.

All work was completed with minimal disturbance to the main house. Scaffolding was installed and used to gain access to the loft area.
