Bespoke wardrobes for three new build homes – Farnham, Surrey

Our team was commissioned to design, manufacture, and install bespoke fitted wardrobes across three new-build plots in Farnham. Each installation was tailored to the architectural layout of the property, while maintaining a cohesive design language across all homes. High-quality materials, hand-sprayed finishes, and integrated lighting were used to enhance functionality and elevate the overall aesthetic.

Plot 1 – Master Bedroom

Design

Plot 1 required a fully bespoke storage solution providing both practicality and a refined, contemporary look. The focus was on achieving high-capacity storage with luxury detailing, including integrated lighting and durable drawer construction.

Key Features

  • 2 x Deep Solid Side Drawers
  • 6 x Shallow Solid Side Drawers
  • 8m of 12V LED Strip Lighting (door-activated for convenience and energy efficiency)
  • 3m of Heavy-Duty Hanging Rail for long-term durability
  • Sprayed MR MDF Doors & Décor for a smooth, flawless painted finish
  • Carcasses in H1181 ST37 Tobacco Halifax Oak, delivering a premium textured interior
  • Colour Finish: Little Greene – French Grey 113

Outcome

The final result is a robust, elegant wardrobe system that maximises storage while maintaining a sleek, understated look befitting a master suite.

Plot 2 – Master Bedroom

Design

For Plot 2, the client sought continuity with the look established in Plot 1, while adjusting internal configurations to suit a different room layout. The aim was a clean, modern appearance consistent with the development’s design ethos.

Key Features

  • Sprayed MR MDF Doors & Décor
  • Carcasses in H1181 ST37 Tobacco Halifax Oak
  • Colour Finish: Little Greene – French Grey 113

Outcome

The installation introduced a refined, cohesive storage solution that blends seamlessly with the interior scheme. The use of high-quality materials ensured long-term durability and a consistent visual identity across the development.

Plot 3 – Primary Bedroom

Design

The largest of the three installations, Plot 3 required an expansive wardrobe solution with enhanced lighting to create a luxurious, boutique-style dressing environment.

Key Features

  • 16m of 12V LED Strip Lighting for full-length illumination, highlighting internal compartments and enhancing usability
  • Sprayed MR MDF Doors & Décor
  • Carcasses in H1181 ST37 Tobacco Halifax Oak
  • Colour Finish: Little Greene – French Grey 113

The wardrobe delivered a premium look with dramatic lighting effects and ample storage. The integrated LED system enhances visibility and elevates the feel of the space, echoing high-end dressing room designs.

Across all three plots, we provided consistent craftsmanship, premium materials, and thoughtful design tailored to each room’s architecture.
